cyan, magenta, and yellow are the values of ink tone in percentages. Suggested values
for color cartridge: 50 50 50,
for black cartridge: 0 0 50.
dummy parameter is not used at the moment. Use 0.
width and height defines how many dots fits on the paper you use. Using 600dpi (dot per inch) resolution and US letter paper (8.5 inches wide) set the width to 5100 (600 * 8.5).
